- Design and defend analytics approaches for problems such as feature prioritization, value proposition testing, audience segmentation, and messaging optimization.
- Architect and execute complex quantitative studies utilizing discrete choice modeling (Conjoint, MaxDiff), latent class segmentation, TURF, and key driver analysis, among others.
- Analyze data using R or Python, developing reproducible code, and transparent documentation; create decision-ready outputs that tie directly to client goals.
- Present complex results to executive audiences with clarity and confidence, connecting methods to implications, and anticipating stakeholder questions.
- Collaborate with leadership on business development and proposals, translating complex methodologies into clear solutions for prospective clients.
- Train and coach cross-functional teammates on advanced analytics to elevate organization-wide fluency.
- Collaborate with design and insights leads to translate findings into compelling client-ready narratives, visuals, and tools.
What You’ll Need
- Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or related discipline. Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) preferred.
- 7+ years of survey analytics experience in market research, consulting, or marketing science. Experience at a research agency preferred.
- Expertise in advanced market research methodologies.
- Fluency in a statistical programming language such as R or Python for modeling, data wrangling, and visualization. Familiarity with Forsta/Decipher, Q/DisplayR, and Sawtooth Software a plus.
